Formula, evalúa y administra proyectos de diseño, manufactura, instalación y mantenimiento en sistemas mecánicos.
Selecciona los materiales adecuados para el diseño y la fabricación de elementos mecánicos, o para su uso en instalaciones industriales, con base en el conocimiento de sus propiedades.
Observa las normas y especificaciones nacionales e internacionales para preservar el medio ambiente relacionado con el tratamiento adecuado de los productos residuales, generados en los sistemas mecánicos.
Participa en proyectos tecnológicos y de investigación con el objetivo de conservar y/o restituir el medio ambiente que propicien un desarrollo sustentable. |
It formulates, evaluates and administers projects of design, manufactures, installation and maintenance in mechanical systems.
It selects the materials adapted for the design and the manufacture of mechanical elements, or for his use in industrial facilities, with base in the knowledge of his properties.
It observes the national and international norms and specifications to preserve the environment related to the suitable treatment of residual products, generated in the mechanical system.

El egresado del programa de Ingeniería Mecánica del Instituto Tecnológico de Aguascalientes participa activa y propositivamente en toda organización que requiera de la planeación y ejecución de programas de mantenimiento, desempeñar actividades de diseño de sistemas mecánicos, administración y ejecución de actividades de manufactura, posee características que le facilitan interactuar en grupos multidisciplinarios, sabe utilizar herramientas de computo así como la tecnología de la información y la comunicación. Es consciente de los requerimientos sociales, la sustentabilidad y el cuidado del medio ambiente. Así como el uso de normas o estándares y de la relevancia de mantenerse actualizado en los avances tanto científicos como tecnológicos y sociales.
Con base en lo anterior, el egresado de Ingeniería Mecánica puede colaborar en: El sector industrial privado; En empresas integradoras; En el sector de servicios, incluyendo las instituciones oficiales; En el ámbito de la docencia en Instituciones de educación; Así como en centros de investigación y/o desarrollo tecnológico. |
